Through creativity and movement, we can balance our well-being.

Hi, I am a Mum of two children and I have worked as a Childcare Professional for over twenty-five years. I am on a lifelong journey to learn and explore what being alive means. I have spent many days in a very dark place where my thoughts were racing and I felt overwhelmed. Attending the Mindful Based Stress Reduction eight-week course turned my life around. Then I was inspired to bring these tools to children. I knew that children love to move so I became a kid’s yoga teacher and developed my own practice.

Try remembering a sunset you saw or a delicious meal you had? You might have shared that with someone or want to share that experience with others. That is what bringing yoga and mindfulness is like for me. I want to share the benefits to your mind and body and your inner world. When you go within you find this beautiful place that keeps you grounded. You come to the mat and decide on what is best for you, try something new, or follow your breath. Merging body and mind brings you into the present moment and there you find that you are enough, just the way you are.

Life will naturally continue to flow and bring those dark days and sunny days. We may find ourselves rushing through our days or reminiscing about what the past should have been like. Having a meditation and yoga practice offers space, support, balance to trust in ourselves. I would love to share this journey with you.
